IT Support Technician - Spanish Speaking

• We troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of queries with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
• We deliver support through phone, video, email, and chat.
• We run product demos, onboard new customers, and deliver engaging training sessions.
• We liaise between our customers and internal teams, feeding back ideas for improvements.
• We travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows.

• We require fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or German.
• We require experience in a support technician role.
