It Support Technician - Spanish speaking

We’re on the lookout for a talented IT Support Technician to become the voice of a rapidly growing, UK-based SaaS company. You’ll be joining a fun, forward-thinking team where your voice matters, your ideas get heard, and your potential is limitless.

As a Support Technician your responsibilities will be;

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of queries with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
• Deliver support through phone, video, email, and chat - whichever way our clients need you.
• Run product demos, onboard new customers, and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Liaise between our customers and our internal teams, feeding back ideas for improvements.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows (with time off in lieu for weekends).

Do you have technical support experience?

Are you a confident communicator with a tech-savvy mind and a flair for problem-solving?

Do you speak fluent English and Spanish?, * Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French or German.

• Experience in a support technician role
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• A calm, logical approach to problem-solving and customer care.
• An understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms, video calls, or customer training.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities under pressure.
• A charming, articulate, and helpful demeanour.
