Collaboration Platform Engineer (M365)

You’ll bring deep expertise across the M365 ecosystem, with a particular focus on Intune and endpoint management.Role AccountabilitiesActing as an SME for Microsoft 365 and participate in projects involving M365 apps and servicesDesigning, implementing and maintaining Intune-based endpoint management for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS devicesDeveloping and maintaining device taxonomies (categories, filters, attributes) to support scale and targetingDriving seamless user experiences using Multi-Tenant Organisations across M365

servicesIdentifying, designing and implementing opportunities for automation to increase employee efficiency and driving self-service capabilityOptimising core M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and MS TeamsWorking with collaboration and business stakeholders to enable effective platform usageSupporting service health monitoring, incident response and root cause analysisCreating comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories detailing technical designs, configuration and support guidesKnowledge and ExperienceSignificant endpoint management experience, including Intune migrations from legacy systemsA proactive, motivated and enthusiastic approach to deliveryA continuous improvement mindset with a user centric approach5+ years experience managing Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, compliance, apps, updates & migration) deployment in excess of 5,000+ devicesMinimum 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 Ecosystem; Entra ID, Teams, SPO, ExO & OneDriveExperience with vendor and license management at an enterprise scaleEngineering experience implementing and operating within a multi-tenant organisationAutomation experience using PowerShell with Microsoft Graph or other scripting languageStrong analytical and problem-solving capability with a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetComfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environmentsPlatform ownership mentality with attention to detailCustomer-centric approach with clear communication capabilities across technical and non-technical audiencesPlatform monitoring, reporting and optimisationDesirableMD-102 Certification and/or other Microsoft qualifications (MS-102, MS-700, MS-203, MS-104, SC-300)Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM toolingFamiliarity with Agile ways of workingPolicy as codePowerBI dashboarding and reportingExperience implementing Zero-Trust principles across complex organisationsWe are considering candidates from both Portugal & the UKBenefitsWe’ve put everything
