Systems Analyst

System Analysis & Optimisation

• Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows.
• Gather and document system and user requirements.

Project Implementation

• Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as:
• Electronic Care Records
• Medication management systems
• Staff rostering and HR systems
• Financial and compliance platforms
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning.

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system life-cycle management and data flows
• Experience working with healthcare or care management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This is more than a traditional systems role. Your work will help care teams operate effectively, improve service delivery and create better outcomes for residents.

The role offers a salary of £50,000 £60,000 per annum
