Data Administrator

We are recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing accurate work., * Accurately input, review, and maintain data records

• Carry out repetitive administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Identify and flag discrepancies or data inconsistencies
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders via email
• Maintain clear and professional written correspondence
• Update and manage information using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and internal systems
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties

The position involves carrying out repetitive data administration tasks, reviewing information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring records are maintained accurately. Communication is primarily via email, so strong written communication skills are essential., * Previous administration or data entry experience

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks
• Strong written communication skills
• Good general IT skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous

• Full-time office-based training for the first two weeks
• Hybrid working arrangement thereafter, with 2 office days per week
