Data Cleansing Administrator

This role involves reviewing and updating around 4,000 records held within internal spreadsheets and CRM systems, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and compliant. You will be working towards a daily target of approximately 150 to 200 records per day., * Cleansing and updating data within spreadsheets and CRM systems

• Reviewing existing records for accuracy and completeness
• Identifying duplicate or outdated information
• Updating and maintaining customer and operational records
• Ensuring data is entered accurately and consistently
• Working towards agreed daily completion targets

Are you confident working with spreadsheets, databases and large volumes of information? Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy ensuring data is accurate and up to date?, * Strong IT and data entry skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage workload effectively
• Able to maintain accuracy when working with large volumes of data
