Job description

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow custom development, ITSM modules, integrations, scripting, and platform configuration.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of ServiceNow ITSM development experience.
  • Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Workflows, SLAs, and Update Sets.
  • Experience with Record Producers, Catalog Items, Variables/Variable Sets, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, Events, and Triggers.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow integrations, APIs, data imports/exports, and custom widgets.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC.
  • Experience with SQL and LDAP queries and integration with databases/Active Directory.
  • Strong testing, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD preferred.
