Requirements
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience in IT support who wants to take more ownership and broaden their exposure across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking and IT security., You’ll ideally already have experience in an IT Technician, IT Support, Service Desk or similar hands-on role.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience across some of the following:
- Windows desktop environments
- Microsoft 365

- Microsoft Intune

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi
- Basic network administration
- IT security and endpoint protection

Qualifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco or similar would be useful but aren’t essential if you have the right practical experience.
You’ll need to be approachable, organised and comfortable dealing with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy solving problems and taking ownership rather than simply passing issues on.
