Job description

We’re looking for an IT Engineer with at least 2 years’ experience who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working as part of a supportive team. You’ll be providing a mix of remote and on-site support, working with a wide range of clients and technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and calmly
  • Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Administering users, devices, and security via Entra ID (Azure AD) / Active Directory
  • Setting up and maintaining Windows desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Supporting Microsoft Office applications
  • Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and IT projects
  • Keeping documentation clear and up to date

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * At least 2 years’ experience in IT support (MSP experience is a bonus, not essential)

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and general hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with networking basics and remote support tools
  • Strong communication skills and a natural customer-first mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
