Job description
We’re looking for an energetic, customer experience focused IT Specialist to join our client’s Atlanta office and work closely with the global IT team to deliver best in class support to users worldwide on high security and IT standards., * Provide end user technical support and manage the core systems and network for our Atlanta office, with coordination across global sites.
- Own the full user lifecycle in a corporate environment, including onboarding, offboarding, hardware provisioning, account creation, group and access changes, and asset recovery.
- Provide white glove executive support with discretion and urgency, including device setup, travel readiness, and rapid response to escalations.
- Act as the first line of defense for WiFi, VPN, and access related issues. Diagnose dropped connections, weak signal, roaming problems, authentication failures, and slow throughput, and drive them to resolution.
- Support and troubleshoot conference room and AV systems, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, HDMI and USB C connectivity, Zoom Rooms, and Polycom, so meetings start on time and run smoothly.
- Handle the day to day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide best in class client side support.
- Hands on work across a wide IT scope including Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and OS support such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recurring issues, fixes, and network configuration for the Atlanta office.
Requirements
This is a seasoned role. We need someone with a wide array of technical skills, a solid understanding of the user lifecycle in a corporate environment, and the confidence to provide executive support when called on. You should be a self-starter who is motivated, not afraid to jump in, and ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic, fast evolving environment., * 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Hands on Cisco Meraki troubleshooting experience is a must. You should be comfortable using the Meraki Dashboard to diagnose WiFi issues (signal, roaming, interference, client health), VPN problems, and client access failures.
- Intermediate AV experience. Comfortable supporting and troubleshooting Zoom Rooms and conference room AV (displays, cameras, mics, cabling), diagnosing the common failures, and knowing when to escalate to a vendor.
- Deep working knowledge of our admin consoles as a trusted daily operator across Okta and SSO apps, Google Workspace, AD, Slack, CrowdStrike, AirWatch, JAMF, FreshService, and Zscaler.
- Active hands on use of at least one modern AI application (Gemini, Claude chat or Code, or Cursor) is required, with the ability to guide users on prompting and troubleshooting.
- Meraki CMNA certification is a Plus
- Familiarity with AV control platforms (Crestron, Logitech, Neat, Poly) is a Plus
