Job description
We are seeking an EPIC Prelude Analyst to join our team. The analyst will configure, test, and maintain the Epic Prelude module, often paired with Cadence, to manage patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic data collection. The role will optimize front-end revenue cycle workflows, ensure data accuracy, resolve technical tickets, and collaborate with stakeholders for system upgrades and new clinic builds. EPIC Certification Required: Prelude. Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) experience requested and preferred., * Configure and maintain Epic Prelude to support registration, insurance verification, and demographic workflows.
- Design, execute, and document testing for new builds, upgrades, and fixes, including RTE workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, and manage technical tickets to closure.
- Partner with revenue cycle, registration, and clinic operations to gather requirements and optimize processes.
- Support soft live and go-live activities, including extended hours and onsite support as needed.
Requirements
- EPIC Prelude certification.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic Prelude and RTE.
- Proven testing, issue resolution, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting Cadence and front-end revenue cycle integration.
- Go-live support experience, including at-the-elbow assistance.
Benefits & conditions
- Hours per day: 8, with potential increase up to 12 during soft live and go live.
- Potential onsite travel between mid-October and year end for go-live support.
- Go Live date: November 7th.
