Vortech PCI Group busca un/a ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Analyst para colaborar en un proyecto internacional en Valencia.Desarrollarás la gobernanza y mejora de la CMDB en ServiceNow, asegurando la calidad, integridad y madurez de los datos de configuración, alineándolos con el modelo CSDM.Se requiere experiencia en ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery y Service Mapping, con capacidad de trabajar en entornos Agile/Scrum y colaborar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.#J-*****-Ljbffr
