Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar) Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow) Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro
