Senior Data Scientist, Crypto

• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and decisions
• Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to enhance understanding of customer behavior
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving customer experience and business performance
• Translate complex business inquiries into actionable insights and recommendations
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities for high-impact projects
• Work with Analytics Engineering to enhance data usability and quality
• Assist in building data pipelines when necessary

• 5+ years experience in data science, product analytics, or experimentation
• Proficient in SQL and Python for analytical tasks
• Strong ability to influence decisions through data insights
• Demonstrated product thinking with a connection between customer behavior and business outcomes
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
• Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference methods
• Knowledge of fintech, investing, or crypto products
