Sr. Data Scientist (Hybrid)

• Lead and architect the research strategy for risk and posture scores
• Drive innovation in risk prioritization with novel data classification approaches
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize new algorithms and models
• Enable observability of existing algorithms to inform updates
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align technical strategy with business goals
• Represent the company through publications and thought leadership
• Establish best practices, technical standards, and evaluation frameworks

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
• 8+ years of applied machine learning/research experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud technologies
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring teams
• Deep expertise in training models/deployment at scale
• Outstanding communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Track record of solving complex technical challenges at scale
