Requirements

Solid Scrum Master. CSM must. Banking domain is a must

Agile and Scrum expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Coaching and facilitation: Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating team discussions and decision-making.
Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and other parts of the organisation.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with the SDLC, and often, specific technical or domain expertise is preferred, especially for senior roles.
