- Create API specifications, interface designs, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams, mappings, message definitions, transformation rules, and error-handling requirements.
- Define REST, event-driven, asynchronous, batch, webhook, pub/sub, and near-real-time designs consistent with architecture standards.
- Document security, authentication, authorization, privacy, validation, monitoring, resiliency, and support requirements.

- Strong experience creating REST API specifications, interface designs, mappings, sequence flows, error handling, security, and monitoring requirements.
- Experience designing integrations for Salesforce or comparable CRM and customer platforms with enterprise systems and digital channels.
- Knowledge of customer channels, CIS, billing, payments, notifications, data services, and operational-system integrations.
- Ability to translate business processes and architecture direction into clear, testable, implementation-ready designs.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, design-review, and communication skills across distributed teams., 1. Salesforce integration design experience involving OmniStudio or OmniScript; Energy & Utilities Cloud experience is strongly preferred, with Clean Energy Module experience considered an additional plus.
