Job description

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Process and User Support Officer in Netcompany? As an IT Process and User Support Officer, you will support users, improve business processes, and help maintain the digital tools used for Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) within a European Institution. As an IT Process and User Support Officer, you will:

  • Support users with JCA digital tools and provide guidance on the EU survey tool.
  • Update and improve JCA process documentation across different systems and platforms.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate user testing, manage issues, and collect user feedback.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve dashboards and IT solutions that support JCA processes.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure the timely handling and escalation of user requests.
  • Prepare reports on user requests, business needs, and IT enhancements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, Health Technology Assessment, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting users, IT tools, or business processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in EU health and food safety policy, with a willingness to learn and work with new IT tools and technologies.
