Job description

IT Analyst- Governance & Compliance - NSK Americas, The IT Senior Analyst - Governance & Compliance develops and maintains IT policies and procedures, monitors regulatory and policy compliance, manages IT budgets and software licenses, and supports internal and external audits., Write, review, update, and validate IT policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, security standards, and internal policies. Conduct compliance reviews, identify gaps, and track corrective actions. Coordinate audit requests, gather evidence, and attend auditor meetings. Prepare and monitor IT budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial reports. Manage software licenses, renewals, usage, and vendor agreements. Ensure software use complies with licensing terms and organizational requirements. Maintain accurate policy, audit, budget, and license records. Provide compliance guidance to employees and IT teams

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Experience in IT governance, compliance, auditing, budgeting, or software license management. Knowledge of relevant regulations, IT controls, and compliance frameworks. Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with management, technical teams, vendors, and auditors. Certifications (Preferred) CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent

Soft Skills Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Analytical thinking with attention to detail. Ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct., Bachelors (required)
