Job description
- We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support the Autotime system and related business applications.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and servicing tickets submitted through Service Central, routing tickets to the appropriate teams or individuals for development fixes, and supporting the deployment of fixes when required.
- This may include activities such as re-running failed jobs and resolving timekeeping-related issues within Autotime.
- The role will begin with training on the system and support processes.
- After training, the selected candidate will participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical issues outside of regular business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and service Autotime support tickets submitted through Service Central.
- Troubleshoot and assist with resolving Autotime-related issues.
- Route tickets to the appropriate responsible party when a development fix is required.
- Track tickets and follow up to help ensure timely resolution.
- Support the deployment of fixes and operational solutions as required.
- Re-run failed jobs and perform other necessary operational activities to restore successful processing.
- Support Autotime configuration and timecard-related issues.
- Use SQL to query information when needed to investigate and support tickets.
- Use Control-M to support automated job management and scheduled processing.
- Work closely with development and application support teams to resolve business-critical issues.
- Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions as needed., * The position will initially include training to help the candidate become familiar with the Autotime system and support processes.
- After training, the candidate will participate in an on-call rotation.
- On-call support may be required after hours and occasionally on weekends.

The team is currently establishing the rotation. The initial plan is expected to include:
- One week as primary on-call
- One week as backup
- At least one week off-call before returning to the rotation
- Ideally, the team would provide approximately two weeks off-call between rotations; the final schedule is TBD.
Requirements
- Experience with Autotime is required.
- Experience supporting Service Central or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with Control-M for automated job management.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and timekeeping-related issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with development and support teams.
Technical Skills
- Autotime configuration, timecard troubleshooting/fixing, and application support
- Service Central ticket management and support
- Control-M automated job management
- SQL querying information to assist with ticket troubleshooting; nice to have
