Job description
The Controls & Integration Specialist is responsible for the integration, supervision, and reliability of mission-critical control systems within the data center, specifically the Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS).
This role acts as the “brain” of the data center control environment, ensuring operational continuity, data accuracy, and full automation of critical sequences., * Validate accuracy and reliability of field sensors and system data
- Test and verify automated failover sequences, including:
- Generator start-up
- UPS transfer and load switching
- Emergency power distribution scenarios
- Ensure seamless integration between BMS, EPMS, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot control logic, communication issues, and system discrepancies
- Participate in commissioning (FAT / SAT) and system acceptance testing
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and IT teams
- Generate performance reports, incident analysis, and system documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in System troubleshooting?, Technical Skills
- Strong experience with BMS platforms (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or equivalent)
- EPMS / SCADA systems in critical environments
- Industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC)
- Electrical distribution systems in data centers
- Understanding of Tier III / Tier IV data center architectures
- Core Competencies
- Systems integration and control logic troubleshooting
- Critical infrastructure commissioning and testing
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and automation sequences, * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in data centers or critical facilities environments
- Experience in commissioning or systems integration strongly preferred
- Strong English proficiency (technical communication required)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and safety-focused mindset
