Python Developer

We are seeking skilled and motivated python developers to join a dynamic team at a leading financial institution. You will play a key role in developing and deploying a cutting-edge suite of AI agents and re-platforming critical services to a modern, cloud-native environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a strategic technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and experience with AWS., Develop and maintain Python-based AI and machine learning services. Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Kubernetes. Collaborate with existing development teams to ensure new components are built cohesively and align with the strategic platform direction. Assist in laying the groundwork to upskill offshore team members on new technologies and architectures. Contribute to the re-platforming of services from a Legacy IBM Cloud environment to AWS. Work within an agile framework to meet the demands of a pre-committed book of work for 2027 and beyond.

Proven experience as a Python developer, particularly in an AI/ML context. Strong familiarity with the AWS ecosystem. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
