Job description
To assess, maintain, and support the technology infrastructure and educational tools of assigned school(s) to ensure an uninterrupted learning environment.
Requirements
- Degree in information technology or related field and/or two years of experience in computer technology support.
- Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple computer and mobile device operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and modern computer imaging/provisioning (e.g., Jamf, Google Zero-Touch, Mosyle).
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and wireless troubleshooting.
- Hold and maintain a valid Iowa driver’s license.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
