Job description

To assess, maintain, and support the technology infrastructure and educational tools of assigned school(s) to ensure an uninterrupted learning environment.

Requirements

  1. Degree in information technology or related field and/or two years of experience in computer technology support.
  2. Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple computer and mobile device operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
  3. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and modern computer imaging/provisioning (e.g., Jamf, Google Zero-Touch, Mosyle).
  4. Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and wireless troubleshooting.
  5. Hold and maintain a valid Iowa driver’s license.
  6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
