Process Discovery & Solution Design

• Partner with Revenue Operations to understand, map and analyse existing business processes.
• Identify automation opportunities, prioritising work based on business value, effort and risk.
• Design practical solutions using the most appropriate technology and automation tools.
• Document solutions, workflows and exception handling processes., * Build, test and deploy workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot Suite and Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Claude and Kaizan.AI, including prompt engineering and workflow integration.
• Build task-specific AI agents and reusable AI capabilities that can be deployed across the organisation.
• Create and maintain integrations between CRM, finance, reporting and other business systems.
• Develop scripts and lightweight applications using Python, TypeScript or similar technologies when low-code tools are not sufficient.
• Monitor, maintain and continuously improve solutions once deployed.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Support users through training, guidance and troubleshooting.
• Promote AI best practices and share reusable knowledge, prompts and automation assets.
• Measure and report business benefits, including time savings, adoption rates and error reduction.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure all solutions follow established engineering, documentation and release standards.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR, information security requirements and AI governance policies.
• Implement appropriate controls and human oversight where AI outputs require validation.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering technology solutions that are already creating value in a business environment., * Experience building workflow automations in a commercial, sales or operational environment.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Suite, Azure AI and Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Practical experience working with large language models such as Claude or GPT, including prompt design and process integration.
• Experience building AI agents using platforms such as Claude, Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience integrating business systems through APIs and working with structured business data.
• Strong scripting or development capabilities in Python, TypeScript or similar languages.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to automation and AI implementation.
• Understanding of data protection, information security and GDPR requirements.
