Helpdesk

• Being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls.

• Prioritising urgent jobs.

• Issuing PPM’s
• To provide a proactive and professional helpdesk service
• Creating Technicians weekly schedule and ensuring completion of work orders Adhoc Admin
• Supporting the Helpdesk by logging calls, supporting and reporting back to the end users.
• Working between 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday Taking inbound calls via help desk from outlets.

The candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic worker with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner., * Experience in a similar position would be beneficial

• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and user
• A committed team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent administration, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A good working knowledge of IT with experience of using Microsoft Office

• Experience in a similar position would be beneficial

• Ability to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure.

A temporary helpdesk position has become available with an immediate start, the contract is for six weeks. My clients are offering an hourly rate of £9.50.
