Data Analyst

Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making by creating compelling analytical experiences for our customers through the Tracking platform. In this role, you’‘ll be at the forefront of customer-facing analytics, designing intuitive dashboards that help businesses make smarter, data-driven decisions. What You’‘ll Do Build Analytics That Matter

• Design, develop, and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards that power customer insights within the TracKing platform.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful, easy-to-understand visual stories that drive action.
• Create analytics experiences that empower customers to make informed operational decisions.

Partner with Business Stakeholders

• Collaborate with product managers, customer support teams, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
• Translate requirements into impactful dashboards and scalable analytical solutions.

Drive Data Excellence

• Leverage advanced Tableau capabilities, including Relationships, LOD Expressions, Parameters, and sophisticated calculations to create robust reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to deliver accurate, high-performing analytics.
• Apply data modeling best practices to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
• Validate data quality and ensure dashboards consistently deliver trusted insights.

Champion Continuous Improvement

• Investigate and resolve dashboard performance issues, data anomalies, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, business logic, calculations, and dashboard architecture.
• Partner with data engineering teams to strengthen and streamline analytics workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Deep expertise in Tableau, including advanced visualization techniques, Relationships, LODs, and dashboard optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing and tuning complex queries.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and analytical best practices.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and operational data environments.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
• Exposure to Git or other version control tools is an added advantage., * A natural problem solver who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity.

Pay Range*: $40.00 - $45.89 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
