Job description

  • Create high-fidelity, production-ready UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Contribute to and expand established design systems, including components, variants, patterns, and documentation.
  • Build interactive Figma prototypes demonstrating user flows, states, transitions, and interaction logic.
  • Apply responsive/adaptive design principles and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Incorporate feedback, user insights, and technical constraints into design solutions.
  • Manage multiple design workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, systems thinking, and component-level design.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
  • Proven experience working within and contributing to design systems and component libraries.
  • Strong high-fidelity UI design experience across web and/or mobile.
  • Experience designing adaptive web and native mobile experiences.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities., * Experience in Agile or product-driven environments.
  • Experience using analytics or user research to inform design decisions.
  • Usability testing experience.
  • Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale or complex product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits & conditions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $32.00 to $40.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
