AI Architecture Specialist

• Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI, ML, and generative AI solutions.
• Design applications using Claude APIs, advanced prompting, tool use, and AI agents.
• Architect RAG solutions, vector search, intelligent automation, and multi-model integrations.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build intelligent backend services using Java and Python.
• Establish AI governance, security, explainability, and responsible-AI practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proofs of concept.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define AI strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and security concerns.
• Mentor team members and support client-facing technical discussions.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Six or more years of AI/ML architecture and software engineering experience.
• Strong Java and Python expertise.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, transformer architectures, and Anthropic Claude.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI-agent frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI observability, governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Financial-services or personal loan-management experience is preferred.
