Job description

  • Implementierung, Überwachung und Unterstützung der IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Durchführung von Diagnosen zur Identifizierung, Aufzeichnung und Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Software-Fehlern
  • Support, Troubleshooting und Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 2nd Level Support
  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Unternehmensinformationen durch Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Zugangskontrollen und Firewalls
  • Bestimmen von Nutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechte und Verzeichnisdienst

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration
  • Kenntnisse rund um den Betrieb von WAN-, LAN- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen sowie Routing und Firewall Management wünschenswert
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
