Full-Stack Developer - Team leader

CERM develops a cutting-edge SaaS product to redefine how the labels and packaging industry manages operations. You’ll be joining a passionate team using the latest tools and technologies to build a powerful cloud solution from the ground up. Here’s what we work with:

• NET Core, ReactJS, JointJS
• Azure, Docker, SQL Server
• CI/CD pipelines
• AI-driven quality assurance and DevOps support

What you’ll do

You’ll join a small, agile development team working in short sprints. In this role you will:

• Lead a small, agile team
• Co-create modern solutions with architects and UX designers
• Bring ideas to life alongside product managers and DevOps engineers
• Ensure high-quality code using the latest AI-powered QA techniques
• Explore emerging tech and AI applications to improve development and product performance

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s degree in computer science, Applied Sciences, or similar

• A keen interest in AI and its applications in software development
• 4-7 years of experience in full-stack development
• Experience with agile and scrum principles
• (initial) Team lead experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team; skilled in providing constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations
• Work cross-departmentally to coordinate and dispatch tasks, organize reviews/meetings and manage the associated administrative processes
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English speaker
