Requirements

5+ years of experience with transportation design, networking, applications, and integration
5+ years of experience with network and network security design and implementation
5+ years of experience with TCP/IP, network security protocols, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), VLANs, MPLS, VRF, Cisco SD-WAN, SNMP, wireless infrastructure (URWB, WiFi, cellular, 4G/5G), and Cisco FTD/FMC
5+ years of experience with Cisco XDR, Cisco Secure Access, Cisco Secure Endpoint, Cisco Network Analytics, Cisco Client, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ITS profile
5+ years of experience with traffic signal controllers, conflict monitors, traffic preemption devices, traffic sensors, CCTV, video cameras, and connected vehicle technologies

Preferred Skills

Experience with Cisco Cyber Vision and Cisco Catalyst Center
Experience with Cisco ZTNA
Cisco certification (CCNP or higher)

Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
