Job description

  • Enter, update, and validate information across company databases and internal systems.
  • Check records for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
  • Produce routine reports and spreadsheets for internal teams.
  • Respond to data requests and resolve straightforward system or record issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and follow established data procedures.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with data-protection requirements.
  • Work with colleagues to improve data quality and administrative processes.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team., Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, CRM systems, or other databases is helpful but not essential. What We Offer

Requirements

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Junior Data Administrator to support the accurate management of company data and records. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate, college leaver, or administrator who wants to develop a career in data management., * Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
