Job description

  • Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for complex enterprise applications
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product direction
  • Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive consistency through established design systems
  • Work across multiple projects and business areas in a fast-paced environment
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design experience
  • Expert-level Figma skills
  • Strong experience with UX strategy, research, and complex problem-solving
  • Proven success designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated platforms
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within design systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required

Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2

*Strong, current portfolio required. Portfolio review is a critical component of the evaluation process.

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, not just visual design
  • Clearly shows the problem, approach, decisions, and outcomes
  • Includes complex enterprise, B2B, platform, or workflow-driven projects
  • Highlights collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Portfolio website should be modern, intuitive, accessible, and professionally presented, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
