This role is responsible for imaging, provisioning, deploying, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and related hardware while ensuring compliance with company standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), ServiceNow, Windows operating systems, and enterprise device deployment processes., * Create, maintain, and deploy Windows desktop and laptop images using Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager).

• Configure and deploy operating systems, applications, and security updates to endpoint devices.
• Manage device provisioning, hardware refreshes, upgrades, and lifecycle replacement programs.
• Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, driver, software installation, and operating system issues.
• Coordinate equipment staging, deployment scheduling, and end-user migrations.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, request fulfillment, asset tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure all assets are accurately inventoried and tracked through established IT asset management processes.
• Deploy and support peripherals including monitors, printers, docking stations, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to maintain endpoint standards and compliance.
• Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments and Office 365 applications.
• Perform software packaging, testing, and deployment through SCCM.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor deployment success rates and resolve deployment-related issues in a timely manner.

• Desktop, Imaging, Technical support, Deployment, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Sccm, Printers, * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management, asset management, and workflow tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with OS deployment, task sequences, driver management, and software distribution.
