eCommerce Website Content Specialist

Are you looking to work for a high-end home fashion retailer as a product specialist in a nice ambiance & relaxing atmosphere? We are looking for team members who can offer reliable support to our online sales channel. This position involves onsite content management, product listing, image editing, and operational support for our team. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Create product detail pages of new products and maintain existing product pages
• Gather necessary information and web-related content (photographs, product details, etc.)
• Work to ensure that all published content is aligned with company branding
• Create PDF spec sheets for products
• Take photos of product finishes
• Configure product filters and product sorting
• Verify the quality of product data on the front-end
• Ensure that new products from manufacturers are reflected on our site
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel when needed
• Work on Saturdays

• Experience with editing photos using Photoshop is required
• Experience managing products and other content in an eCommerce platform is required. Experience with Magento preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Retouching skills are a big plus
• Experience with customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be highly organized and work well within time constraints
