Job description
o The Data Analyst II will support commercial compliance operations through data analysis, monitoring, metrics reporting, communication, and operational execution. o This role will analyze large and complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and compliance opportunities. o The position will collaborate closely with Commercial, Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance, and other business stakeholders., o Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support commercial compliance monitoring activities. o Monitor and identify trends across compliance data and present findings, insights, and recommendations to business, legal, and compliance stakeholders. o Support the identification and resolution of legal and compliance issues through effective communication, documentation, and training. o Assist with audit support activities, including preparation of documentation, responding to requests, and tracking remediation activities. o Collaborate with Commercial, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex compliance matters. o Develop and maintain compliance procedures and work instructions to promote consistency and accuracy across monitoring programs. o Interact with customer facing personnel and leadership to provide guidance and interpretation of compliance requirements. o Manage multiple workflows simultaneously while coordinating activities with subject matter experts and stakeholders. o Support continuous improvement projects designed to strengthen business agility while maintaining compliance controls. o Prepare clear written and verbal communications related to compliance inquiries, monitoring results, and operational activities., o Data Analysis o Pivot Tables o SharePoint o Commercial Compliance o Data Reporting o PowePoint o Excel
Requirements
o The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced MS Office expertise. o Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple workflows with limited supervision., o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. o At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. o Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets. o Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. o Hands on experience with Excel pivot tables. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with limited supervision. o Strong attention to detail and ability to understand both broad business objectives and detailed compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications: o Previous pharmaceutical industry experience. o Experience supporting commercial compliance, monitoring, audit, legal, or ethics and compliance functions. o Experience working directly with customer facing personnel and business leadership.
