Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Management Analyst / M365 Endpoint Engineer for a top energy industry client. This candidate will serve as a high-level technical SME responsible for enterprise endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint modernization, and IT asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive automation and modernization efforts across the organization while supporting technologies including SCCM/MEMCM, Intune, SharePoint Online, Citrix VDI, MDM, and software asset management platforms. This individual will play a critical role in software deployment, patch management, compliance reporting, and enterprise system administration while providing Tier 3 support and mentoring junior team members. The position offers the opportunity to lead impactful technology initiatives, influence operational best practices, and collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related quantitative field

Extensive experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
Strong experience with SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online (SPO) migrations
Extensive experience with MEMCM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune administration
Experience administering and supporting M365 environments
Tier 3 technical support experience

SAP experience
OSD and MDT experience
SNOW (ServiceNow) experience
MBAM and LAPS experience
WSUS administration
Citrix VDI experience
SQL and SSRS experience
