Job description

As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the HRIS & Benefits Coordinator will support the administration of all employee transactions within our HRIS system (SAP) and benefit platforms and ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner. In addition, the HRIS & Benefits Coordinator will serve as a first point-of-contact for all general benefits inquiries and provide leave of absence and Workers’ Compensation administration support.

What you can expect:

· Maintain accurate employee, benefits, leave, and organizational data across SAP/HRIS and benefits administration platforms; support data imports, audits, reporting, and resolution of system discrepancies.

· Assist with the new hire onboarding paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s

· Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs

· Assist with responding, troubleshooting, and resolving IT tickets routed to the SAP HR Team

· Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide guidance on benefit programs

· Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, FSA, HSA, and ancillary benefits

· Maintain accurate benefits and leave records in HRIS and benefits administration systems

· Participate in new hire orientation sessions and educate employees regarding benefit offerings and enrollment procedures

· Assist Benefits Manager with employee wellbeing program initiatives and Total Rewards programs

· Support open enrollment activities, distribution of employee communications, and benefits education sessions

· Support the administration of FMLA, ADA, disability and other leave programs in partnership with our third-party administrator Guardian

· Responsible for the life cycle of leave cases; track and manage leave of absence cases, ensuring timely updates and compliance with federal and state regulations

· Coordinate return-to-work processes with managers

· Provide administration and case management support on Workers Compensation claims

· Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions, benefit contributions, leave payments, and employee status updates

· Support Sr. Director, Total Rewards with ad-hoc HR and Benefits projects and initiatives (i.e. Sustainability Reporting)

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

· 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

· HRIS data entry experience preferred, SAP knowledge a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity

· Exercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information

· Able to multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines

· Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized

· Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions

· Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees

The expected base pay range for this position is from $50,000 - $55,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the pay range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
