IT ANALYST

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro, providing top-notch services to clients in the local area. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As an IT Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technological solutions to meet the company’s business needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise., Analyze and evaluate the company’s current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
• Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
