IT ANALYST

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our company’s technology systems. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify and understand their technology needs
• Develop and implement efficient and effective IT systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
• Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of technology systems
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
