Pega System Architect

• You design the application architecture so that solutions are reusable across insurance lines of business (claims, policy, underwriting)
• You apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security and access control, and decisioning
• You own the integration design end-to-end, from REST and SOAP interfaces through connectors to data pages
• You debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using system logs, PAL and Tracer
• You guide and review the work of CPSA / CSA-level developers
• You ensure Guardrail compliance and establish best practices across the team

• Valid certification (CPSSA / CSSA) or CPSA / CSA- mandatory.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience implementing Pega applications
• Proven experience in performance tuning and maintenance of Pega systems
• Strong grasp of security models and access control design
• Confident use of system logs, PAL and Tracer to analyse complex issues
• Experience in integration design with REST/SOAP, connectors and data pages
• Experience in the insurance sector (claims or policy administration systems) is an advantage
• Full professional English proficiency, written and spoken, * 20 years of IT-recruitment experience
