Job description
At Intelliforce, we build software for mission environments where speed, usability, and reliability all matter at once. In this role, you will join a fast-moving software engineering team supporting a microservice ecosystem with several user interfaces. You will work closely with the mission and interact with customers daily, helping shape software that solves real problems and delivers value quickly.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to work on a highly collaborative team where engineers are encouraged to influence system design, not simply code to a ticket. You will partner closely with the tech lead, help solve difficult design challenges, and support a product roadmap that keeps evolving with mission needs. The work blends backend development, customer interaction, testing, deployment support, and architectural thinking, so your impact is visible across the full lifecycle.
At Intelliforce, your work is seen and your ideas carry weight. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed.
