Job description

This role supports the company’s Digital Experience strategy by managing Nexthink configurations, implementing experience-driven use cases, and developing automations that improve device performance and user satisfaction. The position focuses on monitoring and analyzing the DEX Score, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling proactive remediation through Nexthink’s capabilities. The goal is to reduce frustrated users and deliver a smoother, more reliable digital experience to employees. Core Responsibilities: o Promote Nexthink capabilities, best practices, and adoption across IT teams. o Manage platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new Nexthink features. o Support enterprise initiatives through reliable setup, maintenance, and technical enablement. o Design and deliver Nexthink-based use cases to improve observability, compliance, automation, and digital experience outcomes. o Collaborate with IT and business units to operationalize insights and workflows. o Continuously analyze Nexthink data to detect issues or opportunities. o Trigger remediations, escalate to relevant teams, and support resolution activities. o Build and maintain Remote Actions, campaigns, and automated workflows (Nexthink Flow). o Drive user guidance, self-service, and automated problem resolution. o Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams. o Track KPIs such as DEX Score, device performance, compliance, and frustrated user trends. o Identify emerging needs and evolve the platform to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

o Advanced Remote Action development (PowerShell, script signing, automation chaining). o Nexthink Flow workflow design and system integrations. o NQL query development and dashboard creation. o Deep understanding of Nexthink Data Model and DEX Score drivers. o Experience with Nexthink campaigns, user engagement, and remediation logic. Scripting & Automation o Advanced PowerShell scripting for diagnostics, automation, and custom RAs. o Understanding of REST APIs, authentication models, and integration patterns. Troubleshooting & Observability o Endpoint performance troubleshooting (Windows OS). o Basic networking, device health, and application performance fundamentals. o Ability to correlate signals and identify root causes using telemetry data. Analytics & Reporting o Strong data analysis skills. o Ability to translate telemetry into insights and actionable recommendations. Cloud & Workplace Knowledge o Basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred). o Familiarity with modern device management ecosystems (Intune/M365 is a plus). Soft Skills o Strong communication and documentation skills. o Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. o Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving platforms, AI capabilities, and observability practices.
