Job description

This Business Analyst role supports digital asset and blockchain initiatives within anOperations group focused on foreign exchange programs. The position involves partnering with technology, product, and operations teams to gather and document requirements, support technical design discussions, and assist with testing and validation efforts across messaging and payments infrastructure., * Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.

Work closely with technology teams on blockchain and digital asset related initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Support testing efforts, including QA and UAT validation.
Assist with issue investigation and process improvements across LOB initiatives.

Requirements

8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Experience with digital assets or blockchain, such as cryptocurrency, tokenization, or digital custody.
Experience gathering technical requirements.
Experience supporting both requirements documentation and testing/validation.
A background in financial services.
