Part-time Role - Senior ServiceNow Developer

Agency is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will serve as a technical SME and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following OOTB best practices.
• Develop custom applications using App Engine, ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Develop client/server-side JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patch testing, clone activities, update sets, and conflict resolution.
• Design and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/BAs on requirements, feasibility, story-point estimation, and sprint planning.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and platform improvement recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience leading or playing a principal role in at least two major ServiceNow implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Service Portal.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and ITIL.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required
• CIS certification in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM Preferred.
