Requirements

Key Requirements * 3 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.

Strong experience with:
ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog/Request Management)
CSM (Customer Service Management)
ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
Direct experience participating in or leading ServiceNow implementations, platform rollouts, module deployments, or migrations.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework, change management, and process improvement.
Experience with HRSD and CMDB is a plus.
ServiceNow certifications preferred:
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM)
