Project Specialist - Salesforce TPM

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the implementation of Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role will lead requirements gathering, process design, project coordination, testing, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the TPM solution., * Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

• Facilitate process design workshops and define future-state TPM processes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, Salesforce consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support solution design, data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead UAT, training, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Ensure alignment of TPM capabilities with trade planning, budgeting, accruals, deductions, and promotion effectiveness reporting.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPG trade promotion processes and trade spend management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), trade spend, deductions, and financial accruals.
• PMP, CBAP, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
