Systems Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to join a nine-person IT team supporting approximately 500 employees across 30 locations. This is a fully onsite role that combines systems administration with end-user support in a collaborative, fast-moving environment., * Administer and troubleshoot VMware vCenter and virtual infrastructure

• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple locations
• Manage and maintain backup and recovery systems
• Provide systems administration and help desk support as needed
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and end-user technology issues
• Occasionally travel to company locations for hands-on work, including cabling, network equipment, and security cameras
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve the IT environment
• Provide patient, professional support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with VMware vCenter, networking, and backup technologies. We re looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed rather than waiting for work to come to them., * Strong experience with VMware vCenter

• Strong networking knowledge; CCNA or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Comfortable supporting both infrastructure and end-user needs
• Ability to travel to company locations as needed
