Job description

  • Provide Tier 3 support for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance, provisioning, certification, and integration issues.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve Jira tickets related to IAM operations.
  • Support onboarding, transfers, and termination lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain and enhance SailPoint ISC configurations and integrations.
  • Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and governance initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning failures and access-related incidents.
  • Develop and support REST API integrations between SailPoint ISC and connected applications.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve production issues.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and platform optimization efforts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
  • Current or recent experience actively supporting SailPoint ISC in a production environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience within ISC.
  • Experience supporting access governance, certifications, provisioning, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with Jira-based support environments.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise IAM programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred

  • SailPoint ISC certifications.
  • Experience integrating ISC with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting access certification and compliance-driven IAM initiatives.
  • Experience with ISC migrations or cloud transformation projects.
  • Understanding of IAM security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
